Marvel licensed coins have become a cottage industry for Pacific island mints over the past decade, but this particular release commemorates the 1962 debut of the Hulk in Tales to Astonish — or more precisely, the character's first solo title, The Incredible Hulk #1, published the same year by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby.
