Obverse description The Public Seal of Niue is depicted centrally, consisting of a crowned circular shield bearing crossed palm fronds and a floral device, encircled by the legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE along the upper arc of the seal. Below the shield, a pair of crossed traditional Niuean clubs rest within a laurel-style wreath framing the composition. The Niuean motto ATUA / NIUE TUKULAGI appears in the exergue beneath the seal.
