Obverse description The obverse presents the Public Seal of Niue rendered in high relief at center, depicting a crowned shield with crossed spears below, surrounded by an ornate beaded border. Above the seal, the denomination legend FIVE DOLLARS arcs across the upper field, while the date 2023 appears below the seal. The inscription ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI is integrated within the seal's ribbon cartouche, flanked by the specifications '2 oz 999 Fine Silver' on the left and the copyright notice '© & TM Lucasfilm Ltd' on the right, both following the curvature of the shaped flan. The entire design is executed in an antiqued finish on a non-circular flan shaped in the outline of the Mythosaur skull emblem.

Reverse description The reverse bears a highly sculptural, three-dimensional rendering of the Mythosaur skull, the iconic emblem of the Mandalorian culture from the Star Wars universe. The creature's elongated cranium dominates the upper field, with deeply recessed eye sockets and an organically detailed facial structure executed in bold ultra-high relief. Two massive curved horns sweep outward symmetrically to either side, while the lower jaw terminates in a series of serrated tusk-like projections. The entire design follows the contoured shape of the flan and is finished in an antiqued matte silver surface that accentuates the sculptural depth and fine anatomical detailing.
