Obverse description Within a recessed circular cartouche occupying the left portion of the field, the Public Seal of Niue is depicted surmounted by a royal crown, surrounded by a decorative chain border bearing the legend 'PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE.' Below the seal, two crossed swords appear beneath a scroll inscribed 'ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI.' The denomination '5 DOLLARS' and the fineness designation 'Ag 999' are inscribed along the lower arc of the cartouche, with 'NIUE 2024' above. The surrounding field is richly ornamented with interlaced Celtic-style knotwork, fantastical creatures, and elaborate decorative motifs in high relief, rendered in antiqued finish.

Reverse description The reverse presents a richly detailed scene inspired by Andrzej Sapkowski's novel 'Lady of the Lake,' part of the Witcher book series. At center, a canopied bed is depicted within an interior setting, with a female figure (the Lady of the Lake) and the character Condwiramurs Tilly visible at its foot, accompanied by a fisherman figure on a staircase rendered in high relief. To the right, two large swords with runic inscriptions occupy the field vertically. The upper portion displays a heraldic shield bearing an ouroboros (infinity serpent) motif flanked by symmetrical knotwork and winged creatures, while the lower border features a snarling feline mask medallion surrounded by cascading foliage. The entire composition is executed in elaborate antiqued relief with interlaced ornamental borders.
