| Obverse description | The Public Seal of Niue occupies the central field, depicting a circular medallion bearing a stylised tropical plant motif within a decorative border, surmounted by a royal crown and flanked by a wreath of interlinked oval elements. Two crossed spears appear in the lower portion of the design beneath the seal. The curved legend PUBLIC SEAL OF NIUE arcs above the central device, with the Niuean motto ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI inscribed below it within the seal. The denomination 5 DOLLARS and the date 2023 are inscribed along the lower rim, flanking the Czech Mint mark (CM). |
