Obverse description The obverse presents a highly detailed antiqued relief depicting a group of five suited men gathered before the columned facade of the 'Family Rotunda' building, rendered in a cinematic early twentieth-century architectural style. Concentric circular lines, suggestive of a sniper's crosshairs or a target reticle, overlay the entire field, with two small circular cutouts piercing the coin at upper centre. In the lower portion of the field, the Public Seal of Niue is prominently displayed, featuring a crowned coat of arms with the motto 'ATUA NIUE TUKULAGI' on a ribbon below. The inscription 'NIUE 2024 5 DOLLARS Ag 999' appears along the lower exergue in capital letters, accompanied by the Mint of Poland mintmark.

Reverse description The reverse portrays a dramatic, high-relief scene of a violent gangland confrontation set on a cobblestone street evocative of early twentieth-century Naples. Four armed figures in period suits and hats are depicted in the midst of a gunfight, with a fallen victim at centre foreground slumped against a vintage motorcycle, and a second wounded figure prone on the ground beside an open briefcase accented with selective red colouring to simulate blood. Scattered banknotes litter the cobblestones across the lower field. Building facades in the background bear incuse lettering identifying Camorra-associated establishments: 'RISTORANTE LA MIA MATERIA', 'LA PLAZZA', 'VAPIANNO LA SCUOLA', and 'INGRESSO'. The legend 'CAMORRA GANGS' appears in a recessed arc along the lower border.
