| Obverse description | Central field displays the crowned Public Seal of Niue within a circular border, surrounded by crossed ancient weapons including swords and spears radiating outward. In the lower portion of the field, a high-relief sculpted ram's skull with large curling horns dominates the composition, referencing the Golden Fleece of Greek mythology. The outer border features a continuous Greek meander (key) pattern, and the date 2023 appears in a cartouche at the top.
