Reverse description The reverse features a dynamic rendition of the classic St. George and the Dragon motif, adapted from the iconic Benedetto Pistrucci design as used on British sovereigns. St. George is depicted mounted on a rearing horse, wielding a sword downward against a writhing dragon beneath the horse's hooves. The legend AUSTRALIA arcs along the upper periphery, and the date 2024 appears along the lower periphery. The Perth Mint privy mark P125 is inscribed in the lower field, and the engraver's initials JM appear to the left. A beaded inner border frames the entire composition.
