Reverse description Purple on blue and green underprint. The supported Royal Arms vignette is centrally positioned within an elaborate guilloche border, flanked on each side by large denominational '5' counters set within ornate lathe-work panels. The bank's name and former title arc across the upper portion in bold lettering, with incorporation legends inscribed below the central arms, and the printer's imprint appearing at the foot of the note.
