Obverse description Red and orange note with an elaborate guilloche underprint at centre incorporating a large denomination medallion reading FIVE DOLLARS at left and a supported British Royal Arms vignette at right, with the bearer promise text printed diagonally across the centre. A red diagonal overprint reads ISSUED AT DOMINICA BRANCH. Date and serial number appear at lower left, with BRIDGETOWN BARBADOS at lower right, and two manuscript signature lines for Accountant and Manager at bottom.
