Prefix of single letter over two letters separated by a dot, plus a serial number up to seven digits on top right and bottom left. Date of issue in black on bottom left. Head office ‘Bridgetown Barbados’ in black on bottom right. Capital letter L in field on top right. Manuscript signature, on bottom left of ACCOUNTANT and printed signature on bottom right of MANAGER. |
