| Obverse description | Central field of the nickel-plated steel core features the coat of arms of Redonda, a crowned shield bearing three seabirds in the upper portion and a single seabird in the base, encircled by a rope border with the motto legend partially visible. A royal crown surmounts the shield at centre. The date is divided to either side of the crown, with '20' to the left and '09' to the right. The issuer name 'REDONDA' appears as a bold legend along the lower portion of the outer brass ring, which is bordered by a continuous beaded rim. |
