Obverse description The Kuwaiti state seal occupies the center of the field, flanked by the occasion's inscription in Arabic above and in English below. Reverse description A large, finely detailed fingerprint dominates the central field, rendered in high relief against a deeply mirrored proof background, symbolizing the identity and resilience of the Kuwaiti people. An ornate floral and arabesque border frames the entire design along the inner rim. The bilingual legend arcs around the upper periphery, reading 'State of Kuwait' in English and 'دولة الكويت' in Arabic script. A supplicatory Arabic inscription curves along the lower portion of the field, invoking divine mercy upon the martyrs and the freeing of prisoners of war.
