| Obverse description | The state emblem of the Federal People's Republic of Yugoslavia occupies the central field, depicting two sheaves of wheat tied at the base by a ribbon bearing the date 29·XI·1943, flanking a centrally placed torch with a rising flame. A five-pointed star surmounts the composition at the apex. Sixteen five-pointed stars arranged in an arc encircle the lower periphery of the design, while the legend ЈУГОСЛАВИЈА curves along the upper rim in Cyrillic characters, all contained within a beaded border. |
