| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in green and displays a vignette of the Sun Yat-sen Mausoleum in Nanjing to the right, with broad ceremonial staircases rendered in fine line engraving. A large guilloche rosette at centre-left carries the Chinese numeral denomination 伍分 in bold relief, while four ornamental corner cartouches each repeat the denomination in Chinese characters. The bank title 中央儲備銀行 appears in a horizontal legend at the top, and a rectangular panel at the lower centre bears the Republican era date inscription 中華民國二十九年. |
