Obverse description The denomination '5c' is prominently displayed in large numerals at the center of the field, with the text 'BON DE' inscribed above it. The circular legend 'COMMUNE DE LUINGNE' runs along the periphery, flanked by decorative dot and floral ornaments. The issuer's initials 'J.V.C.' and the date '1916' appear in the lower portion of the field beneath the value. A small decorative vignette is placed at the top of the inner field, above 'BON DE'. The overall design is printed on plain cardboard, typical of World War I Belgian municipal emergency token issues.
