| Reverse description | The reverse features a large Roman numeral V dominating the upper central field, below which the word CENTAVOS is inscribed in bold capital letters across the middle of the coin. The denomination is framed by a wreath of laurel branches tied at the base with a ribbon bow, the branches sweeping symmetrically from the lower field upward on either side. A small ornamental device is visible at the base of the wreath junction. The design is contained within a beaded border consistent with the obverse. |
