Obverse description Typeset note printed in blue ink with a fine ornamental border and scrollwork frame. The denomination '5¢' appears in large numerals at each corner, with the title 'FIVE CENTAVOS' printed in red letterpress at the top. A red intaglio arms vignette of the City of Bacolod is applied at the right center, accompanied by a red 'For the Committee' overprint and manuscript countersignature below the issuing authority text.
