Obverse description The Bolivian national coat of arms occupies the central field, depicting an oval shield featuring a llama, a mountain, and a rising sun, flanked by crossed flags and rifles arranged diagonally behind the shield. A condor with outstretched wings surmounts the crest, accompanied by laurel and olive branches to either side. Nine five-pointed stars are arranged in an arc along the lower portion of the field. The circular legend REPUBLICA BOLIVIANA runs along the upper periphery in raised Latin lettering, bordered by a beaded rim.
