In the upper left and bottom right, the value `CINCO` inside guilloche oval; In the upper right value `5` inside a circle guilloche; In the bottom left value `5` inside a guilloche with the value in words and payment clause `CINCO BOLÍVARES` / `PAGADEROS AL PORTADOR EN LAS OFICINAS DEL BANCO` «Payments to the Bearier in the Offices of the Bank», At right of the number `CUATRICENTENARIO DE LA FUNDACION DE CARACAS / 1567-1967` (Quadricentenary of the foundation of Caracas).
