Obverse description	Central vignette of a farmer holding harvested grain stalks, set against a guilloche underprint in orange and brown tones. At left, the Ethiopian state arms with lion and plough; at upper centre, the bank title in Amharic and English reads 'National Bank of Ethiopia'. Denomination inscriptions appear in Amharic and English on the face, with 'LEGAL TENDER IN ETHIOPIA' and the Derg motto 'ETHIOPIA TIKDEM' also present.
