Reverse description Central device consists of a bold ornamental cross composed of four interlocking quatrefoil-lobed arms, each lobe decorated with trefoil floral motifs, with the letter C at the centre. The circular legend DIE CONCORDIER CANTONE DER SCHWEIZ· C surrounds the cross, running along the full periphery of the coin. The overall design evokes the Confederation's unity through its bold heraldic cross motif. The coin's periphery is bordered by reeding.
