Obverse description	Blue-green wave guilloche underprint covers the entire field, framed by a geometric border with corner ornaments in red. A central circular medallion contains Arabic script text, flanked by the denomination numeral repeated in large stylised characters on either side; a crescent and star device appears in the upper right. Red seal stamps occupy the upper corners, and a green oval cartouche is positioned to the upper left of the central medallion.
