Two ornate cartouches at left and right each bear the denomination numeral '40' above the word 'Heller', flanking a central intaglio-style illustration of a seated, contemplative male figure — likely a prisoner of war — enclosed within a scrolled ribbon inscribed with a charitable dedication.
