| Obverse description | Draped bust of King Carlos III facing right, occupying the central field, rendered in relatively crude local style characteristic of proclamation coinage. The effigy shows the king in contemporary dress with a wig. A circular outer legend in Latin runs around the periphery, bordered by a beaded inner circle. A small hole, likely for suspension as a keepsake, is visible near the top of the coin above the bust. |
