Reverse description The quartered coat of arms of Spain occupies the central field, displaying castles and lions in the four quarters with an inescutcheon bearing the fleurs-de-lis of the Bourbon dynasty at its center, surmounted by the Spanish royal crown. Flanking the shield are the twin Pillars of Hercules, each wrapped with a ribbon bearing the motto PLUS VLTRA, with the denomination numerals '4' and 'P.' placed to the left and right respectively. The upper legend arcs above the design and the word FILIPINAS appears prominently in the lower field, all within a finely toothed border.
