Reverse description The reverse presents a crowned, enthroned figure of Justice or a seated allegorical sovereign personification facing forward, holding a sword upright in the right hand and a set of scales or a sceptre in the left hand, consistent with Venetian iconographic tradition. The figure is rendered in high relief with draped robes and a radiate or mural crown, seated upon a throne. A beaded inner circle frames the central device. The peripheral Latin legend reads OMNI DO QVOD SVVM EST, with the denomination indicated in the exergue as IIII (four gazzette). The composition exemplifies the artistic conventions of late sixteenth- and early seventeenth-century Venetian billon coinage.
