The eagle's two heads are shown in profile facing outward, each surmounted by a small crown, with the whole ensemble beneath an imperial crown. A beaded inner border separates the central device from the circumferential Latin devotional legend SVB VMBRA ALARVM TVARVM DNE, running around the full periphery within a dentilated outer rim. |
