| Reverse description | A ceremonial procession scene depicts the translation of the relics of Saints Rupert and Virgilius, with multiple robed and mitred ecclesiastical figures carrying a baldachin-covered reliquary shrine at center. The composition is arranged in a formal, hieratic style characteristic of early seventeenth-century German medallic art, with the procession figures occupying the full width of the field. The scene commemorates the solemn transfer of the saints' relics on 24 September 1628.
