| Obverse description | Conjoined busts of the three co-ruling Margraves — Frederick, Albert, and Christian — facing slightly right, depicted in contemporary early seventeenth-century court dress with elaborately ruffed collars, rendered in high relief in the hammered tradition. The date 16-27 appears divided at the lower field, flanking a shield bearing the Brandenburg eagle. The encircling Latin legend reads D : G : FRIDERICVS . ALBERTVS . ET . CHRISTIANVS . FRAT . MARCH .
