Reverse description The imperial Austro-Hungarian double-headed eagle displayed in high relief, each head surmounted by a separate crown and the whole by a large imperial crown at center top. The eagle's right talon clutches a sword and the left a scepter, with an orb suspended below the shield on the breast. The elaborate quartered shield on the eagle's breast bears the combined arms of the Habsburg dominions. The denomination numeral (4) appears in the exergue at the bottom of the field, flanked by the mint mark A and date 1915 within the encircling Latin legend along the beaded rim.
