Obverse description Large rectangular copper plate money (plåtmynt) with five applied stamps: four identical circular corner stamps each bearing a crowned royal cypher with the date, and a single central stamp of triangular or shield form enclosing the Swedish state arms (three crowns with lion device), surrounded by a beaded border. The flat, irregular field of the cast copper plate bears the natural surface texture of the smelted metal. The denomination and regnal attribution are conveyed entirely through the stamped impressions rather than a continuous legend.
