Obverse description	The note is printed in red and green on plain paper, with an overall guilloche wave-pattern underprint covering the central field. The denomination numeral ۳۰۰۰ appears in large Arabic script in the lower left and right corners, with a crescent and star device at upper right. Two cartouches bearing Persian/Arabic inscriptions in naskh script are centered in the middle register, with the Hijri date ۱۳۳۷ appearing at upper left. A serial number in both Arabic-script and Cyrillic numerals runs along the bottom edge.

Reverse description	The reverse is printed in red and green with a fine diaper guilloche underprint across the entire field, framed by a decorative border of repeating foliate motifs in green. A large central cartouche in green bears the Arabic-script treasury inscription, flanked by two smaller green cartouches with Arabic text at lower left and right. A crescent and star device appears at upper right, and an octagonal ornamental device is placed at upper left, with the Hijri date ۱۳۳۷ repeated in the lower corners.
