| Obverse description | Printed in green on light paper, the note is dominated by an elaborate scrollwork and floral guilloche border framing a central oval vignette bearing the arms of Perm — a bear passant beneath a stylised tower — within a wreath. The denomination '300' appears in plain circles at both left and right corners. The lower portion contains blank lines for the bearer obligation text, with manuscript signature lines for the Городской Голова (City Head) and Бухалтер (Accountant), attributed by authority of the Perm City Duma. |
