Below the arms, a facing bust of General José Antonio Anzoátegui is portrayed in military uniform, identified by his name inscribed beneath the effigy. The arc legend CAMPAÑA LIBERTADORA curves along the upper periphery, flanked by two raised dots, while the denomination PESOS 300 PESOS is prominently displayed across the lower field in large numerals.
