Two Sisserou parrots serve as supporters, each perched upon a scroll segment bearing the national motto APRES BONDIE C'EST LA TER divided across three ribbon banners beneath the shield. The denomination 300 DOLLARS is inscribed in large numerals and lettering in the lower field, with the fineness mark .900 and the Royal Canadian Mint maple leaf mintmark visible in the lower left and right fields respectively.
