| Obverse description | Armored bust of Grand Master Emmanuel de Rohan in right profile, rendered in high relief, wearing a finely detailed suit of armor with a prominent gorget and pauldrons; the eight-pointed cross of the Order of St. John is visible on the chest. The effigy is boldly modeled in the late Baroque manner, with the Grand Master depicted in a commanding, naturalistic portrait style. A circular Latin legend runs along the periphery, interrupted by star-shaped ornaments, identifying the sitter by his religious title and office. |

| Reverse description | The arms of Grand Master Emmanuel de Rohan — a quartered shield combining the cross of the Order of St. John with the Rohan family coat of arms — are displayed on the breast of a spread eagle, the whole surmounted by a princely crown. The date 1779 is divided by the crown at the top of the field, flanked by star ornaments. The denomination XXX (30 Tarì) appears to the right of the crown. A circular Latin legend referencing the Hospitallers and the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem runs around the periphery, separated by star-shaped stops, with the letter T and the value indication incorporated into the legend. |
