Loich is a small parish in the Pielach valley of Lower Austria, and its 1920 Heller notes are typical products of the postwar Notgeld wave — municipalities across Austria issued their own small-change notes when coins effectively vanished from circulation after 1918. The printer, Radinger of Mariazell, was a regional operation serving several of these local commissions in Lower Styria and Lower Austria during the same period.
The designer credit to Jos. v. Schönbrummer is the most specific detail here. The "v." suggests a noble particle, which is an unusual flourish for a Notgeld commission of this scale.
