The issuing authority, district, and province are identified in bold blackletter at the top, followed by a full legal text in Gothic script authorizing the emergency issue and stating redemption terms at the Gemeindeamt between 1 and 31 December 1920. Below the text, two manuscript facsimile signatures appear under their respective titles, and an anti-counterfeiting warning is printed along the lower margin above a small five-pointed star ornament. |
