The 2012 Year of the Dragon issues attracted heavy collector demand across the lunar series market, and kilo-format silver was a popular format for that cycle specifically.
KM#742 attribution places it within a catalog sequence that had grown unwieldy by the early 2010s as Niue-licensed issues multiplied rapidly.
