Obverse description Fourth crowned effigy of Queen Elizabeth II facing right, wearing the Girls of Great Britain and Ireland Tiara, as sculpted by Ian Rank-Broadley. The legend ELIZABETH II AUSTRALIA 30 DOLLARS arcs around the upper periphery, with the engraver's initials IRB truncated at the base of the portrait.
