| Reverse description | The reverse depicts a detailed incuse representation of Namdaemun (Sungnyemun Gate), the historic South Korean national landmark, rendered in fine relief across the lower portion of the field. Above the gate, the bold legend 'G20' appears within a semicircular arc, flanked by the names of all twenty G20 member nations and the European Union arranged in a radiating arc around the central device. The uppermost legend reads '서울 G20 정상회의 2010' in Hangul and Latin script. Along the lower border, the inscription '한국은행 · 2010 · 삼만원' is presented in Hangul script. |

| Additional information |
South Korea hosted the G20 Summit in November 2010, the first time the gathering was held in Asia. The 30,000 won face value is a deliberate anomaly — no circulating denomination anywhere near that figure existed in Korean coinage, placing this squarely in commemorative territory with a value chosen to roughly reflect the silver content premium at the time of issue.
