| Obverse description | Within a square flan with rounded corners, a stylized composition evoking the agricultural and seasonal symbolism of the Chinese solar calendar. At center, a sheaf of harvested wheat and rice stalks is rendered in high relief, flanked by blossoming plum branches bearing delicate five-petaled flowers and buds. A gnomon or sundial post is visible at right, referencing the traditional timekeeping instrument used to mark the solar terms.
