| Obverse description | Vertically oriented note printed in blue with red accents on cream paper. The border is composed of intricate foliate and geometric guilloche ornaments with dragon-motif corner pieces, enclosing a pale pink underprint of interlocking square key-fret patterns. At the top, the issuer's name is inscribed in black Chinese characters above a cartouche bearing the denomination '三泉湧' in bold red script; the main body carries the payment obligation text in large black Chinese characters, with the date fields (Republic year, month, day) and serial number fields left blank for hand-completion. A red seal impression reading '三泉湧記票' appears at lower left, and the printer's imprint is letterpress-rendered along the bottom margin. |

The lower register is occupied by a detailed landscape vignette in the Chinese literati tradition, rendered in fine line engraving and showing cascading waterfalls, rocky outcroppings, and trees. |
