| Obverse description | Within a raised circular border, the denomination and date are arranged vertically in three lines across the field: the Roman numeral III at top, a large stylised S (for Stuiver) in the centre, and the date 1575 below. The design is stark and utilitarian, consistent with the emergency coinage (obsidional) character of the issue, struck on a roughly square tin klippe flan with plain, irregular edges. |

| Reverse description | Entirely blank, with a flat, unworked tin surface showing the characteristic rough texture and tool marks typical of hastily produced siege or emergency coinage. No legend, device, or border of any kind is present, reflecting the exigent circumstances under which this klippe was produced during the Spanish siege of Schoonhoven in 1575. |
