| Obverse description | Bimetallic coin with a copper-nickel centre and brass outer ring. The centre features the national coat of arms of Tajikistan at the top, flanked by decorative foliate elements, with the large numeral '3' prominently displayed in the field below and the Cyrillic denomination СОМОНӢ beneath it. The date 2006 appears in the lower portion of the brass ring. The legend ҶУМҲУРИИ ТОҶИКИСТОН (Republic of Tajikistan) runs along the upper arc of the outer ring, with the mint mark СПМД in the lower right of the ring. |
