Obverse description At the top, a vignette of Daikokuten, the deity of fortune and wealth, seated atop two bales of rice; below, a series of text cartouches arranged vertically with a large red official seal stamp at centre. The lower register carries a wave vignette with two turtles, beneath which an ornamental government seal in seal-script calligraphy is framed on both sides by semicircular wave-pattern borders.

Reverse description At centre, three Hōju sacred jewels are enclosed within a circular vignette flanked by two herons and floral ornamentation; a zodiac cartouche for Tori (the Rooster) accompanies this upper device. Below, vertical text panels are arranged in columns with a red official seal at mid-field, and the lower register presents stylized seal-script calligraphy with a blue stamp, the whole flanked on both sides by decorative borders.
