| Obverse description | On the mirror-polished proof field, the State Coat of Arms of the Russian Federation is rendered in relief at center. A semicircular legend reading РОССИЙСКАЯ ФЕДЕРАЦИЯ arcs above along the rim, flanked on both sides by doubled rhombus ornaments. Below the arms, to the left, appear the precious metal designation and fineness (Ag 925), and to the right the fine metal content together with the Saint Petersburg Mint monogram (СПМД). At the bottom center, a three-line inscription gives the issuing authority БАНК РОССИИ, the denomination 3 РУБЛЯ, and the year of issue 2017 г. |
