| Obverse description | Central device features the double-headed eagle emblem of the Bank of Russia, displayed with wings spread and no crowns, rendered in high relief against a mirror-polished field. The denomination ТРИ РУБЛЯ arcs along the upper periphery in large Cyrillic characters, while the issuer legend БАНК РОССИИ curves along the lower inner border within a beaded circle. The date 2000 Г. is inscribed below the beaded circle at the bottom of the field. The fineness mark Ag 900 appears to the lower left of the eagle and the weight indicator 31,1 to the lower right, each flanking the mint engraver's privy mark of the Saint Petersburg Mint (СПМД). |
