| Obverse description | At centre, the double-headed eagle emblem of the Bank of Russia after the design of Ivan Bilibin occupies the field, with wings displayed and crowned. A beaded inner circle surrounds the device, within which the semicircular legend «БАНК РОССИИ» (BANK OF RUSSIA) appears below the eagle.
